Getting to Valencia
The international airport of Valencia is located
to eight miles from the city, connected by subway, bus, taxi and
car. It has the most modern facilities and services, providing direct
flights and connections with the rest of europe and the world. A
well routed highway system will connect you to Madrid, Barcelona
and towards the south. There is also a railway station, which connects
to other cities in Spain.
Within Valencia
Valencia has a modern and efficient subway and
bus system. Most areas are connected by train. The bus system is
also efficient and convenient. Taxis are easily available from all
parts of the city. To get to the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca there
are daily ferries from Valencia. During the summer, a faster ferry
is used to make quicker trips, getting you to Mallorca in about
4 hrs.
