Valencia has a sailing club and sailing school founded in 1903. It is one of the oldest and biggest club in Spain. most modern. It holds a Regatta every weekend and also stages important national competitions. Tourists can also join school and participate in the activities of the club.

The Feria de Julio is the local fair held every year in Valencia. It includes a spectacular flower show, contests among musical bands, bull fights, firework displays, lots on products on sale, games for children, music, dance and lots of food, drink and entertainment.
