Getting to San Sebastian

Air

San Sebastian airport has two daily connections to Madrid and one to Barcelona. The airport is situated in Hondarribia / Fuenterrabia which is 12 miles from the city. To reach the city take a bus or taxi or take the transfer offered by the school.

Bus

There are regular international lines to and from: Hannover, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, Rotterdam, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Varsovia, Geneva, and Zurich. Private buses also run every day to Bilbao, Vitoria, Burgos, Madrid, and Pamplona.

Train

From Madrid RENFE is a Spanish train company that goes to San Sebastian. There are also trains from Barcelona. From Paris you can take TGV upto Hendaia/Hendaye and combine it with a link to San Sebastian. From Bilbao or Pamplona a bus would be more convenient to reach San Sebastian.
