Spanish and Wine Tasting Course

 

Maximum Number of Students: 16

Minimum Number of Students: 3

Duration: 2 weeks

Start Dates of the Course:
March 10th , June 16th , September 15th November 3rd.

Spanish Course: Intensive course of 4 hours all day, open groups, depending on the students’ level of Spanish.

Wine Tasting Course: 19.00-20.30, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Level of Spanish Required: from elemental.

General Objective of The Course: Learn Spanish while getting to know and evaluate various Spanish wines, their history, the different processes of production, the economic as well as the social importance in Spain. Learn how to pour and taste it, as well as the characteristics of Spanish wines, depending on the different regions of Spain.

Material: the written and audio-visual didactic material is included in the price: videos, slides, guides, reference book, as well as wines to be tasted along the course and ingredients for the recipes.

Excursion: (Included in the price) Visit to the most renowned Castle-Museum of Wine in Castilla y León, including wine tasting and visit to the village.

Accommodation: The student can choose the accommodation option s/he prefers (see program prices list).

Spanish and Culinary Course

 

Spanish Course: Intensive Spanish course (4 hours a day).

Spanish Level: basic knowledge.

Cooking course: 2 weeks, 3 lesson per week.

Start dates: 10th feb, 24th March, 5th May, 16th June, 7th July, 8th Sept, 20th Oct, 1st Dec.

Aim of the course: To learn Spanish language together with the Spanish gastronomic culture.

Material: The cooking course includes: ingredients, tasting and talking about dishes.
