INTENSIVE LANGUAGE MODULES
Intensive
language courses are for beginners and people who wish to
improve their knowledge of the language over a short period
of time and earn academic credit for their studies. The communicative
approach is used in conjunction with audio-visual aids. The
courses are offered year round, differing in contact hours.
The intensive language modules can be taken as part of a semester
program, summer program, or independently. Students will attend
language courses for four hours per day, with the exception
of the courses with 160 contact hours where the students will
attend classes for 3 hours per day.
The courses are divided
into 4 different levels; each level is then subdivided into
two subdivisions (A and B). The minimum class size is 5 and
the average number is 12 students.
