Program Overview: AZ Montpellier AZ Montpellier is located in the heart of Montpellier's interesting historic center. The school itself is located in a charming private mansion dating back to the 18th century, just opposite the impressive Chamber of Commerce in one of Montpellier's most attractive pedestrian shopping streets. From here it is only a short walk to the open green space of the 'Jardin du Champs de Mars' and only a few yards to the famous 'Place de la Comédie', Montpellier's main square. This lively square offers a wide choice of cafés and sunny terraces, where many of the students enjoy a coffee together after classes. The French school in Montpellier is open year round and offers courses for all levels and purposes with flexible starting dates. The recently redecorated institute offers airy and light air-conditioned classrooms ideally equipped for the interactive tuition method taught at the school. Students who attend this school do so for a variety of reasons: to complement their studies at home, for business purposes or out of an interest of French culture and civilization. Overall, you will find a friendly and international atmosphere. We offer quality programs in small groups with 3-10 students per class so that the learning process is accelerated and personal attention is given. Private instruction and combined courses are also available throughout the year. All courses are taught by experienced and qualified teachers, who are native speakers. Besides offering excellent French language programs, the French language school in Montpeller, France also offers (and or assists in arranging) a variety of interesting cultural activities and weekend excursions allowing student the chance to really get to know France. The French school is very pleased to announce that they have installed 5 additional computers with flat screens and high speed internet access at their second premises. At the main premises there is already an internet café with 7 computers with flat screens. Students studying at the second location (3 minutes on foot from our main premises) do not need to go to our main premises for using computers, but can use the computers directly at The total number of computers for students at the French language school in Montpellier is now at 12. Standard Program: 20 lessons per week (9:00 am - 10:30 am / 10:45 am - 12:15 pm). This program focuses on the broadening of grammar, structure and vocabulary; intensive training in oral and written expression, and the study of French culture and civilization.

Intensive Program: 30 lessons per week (9:00 am - 10:30 am / 10:45 am - 12:15 pm and 3 afternoons from 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm) The first 4 lessons per day are identical in format to the Standard Program. The difference between this course and the Standard Course lies in the fact that a student will receive an additional 10 lessons per week.

Extra Options

Combined Program: 25 lessons per week, of which are 6 lessons One-to-One tuition (9:00 am - 10:30 am / 10:45 am - 12:15 pm + 5 private lessons in the afternoon) This course combines perfectly the dynamic of group tuition with tailored private lessons. Ideal for professionals, managers and all who have only a short time. Maximum number of students per class: 10 (in the group format) and of course only 1 student (you) in the private portion.

Business French: 30 lessons per week (9:00 am - 10:30 am / 10:45 am - 12:15 pm + 3 afternoons 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm) The first 4 lessons per day are identical in format to the Standard Program. The difference between this course and the Standard Course lies in the fact that a student will receive an additional 10 lessons per week. The focus of the additional 10 lessons per week will be on the acquisition of special business vocabulary and business expressions in a wide range of topics.

Required Level: Intermediate

Individual Language Training: 4-6 classes per day. This course is perfect for individuals who have very little time or who need a very intensive program.
