Summer Camp:
Cuernavaca, Mexico
The Spanish school in Cuernavaca
that hosts the Spanish summer camp has been receiving Spanish
students from all over the world for more than two decades.
Cuernavaca was one of the first cities in Mexico to grow in
popularity for its outstanding Spanish schools. The proximity
to Mexico City and the surrounding sites of interest including
the ancient remains of Teotihuacan have made this particular
summer camp one of our most popular high school Spanish programs.
The actual Spanish school
is just under a 15 minute leisurely walk to the city center
which is called the Zocalo and is known as the major meeting
point and heart of Cuernavaca. The Spanish school has offered
superior Spanish courses and students find the intensive Spanish
classes to be quite rigorous and fulfilling. The campus where
the summer camp in Mexico takes place is a converted estate,
with cultivated gardens, swimming pool, basketball and volleyball
courts as well as spacious patios. The Spanish classes are
held in airy classrooms.
The school building also
holds computer room with internet access, library, and a break
area for the Spanish students. The Spanish school tries to
encompass all the necessary facilities and also houses an
authentic Mexican restaurant with a full mixed menu.
