Getting to San Sebastian

Airports

San Sebastian airport (EAS) is 19 km (12 miles) away for connections through Madrid or Barcelona. There is a bus "Fuenterrabia-San Sebastian" that stops close to the airport every 30 minutes and takes around 45 minutes. Price: 2€. If your luggage is heavy better take a taxi. Price: 23€. Train Stations

Estacion del Norte in San Sebastian (Tel: 943 28 30 89) lies on the Paris-Madrid line and serves Vitoria, Pamplona, Burgos, Zaragoza, Barcelona, Madrid, and Paris.

The fast train TGV (5 ½ hours) stops on the border (Hendaye/Irun), 19km away. There are at least 10 trains per day.
