Portuguese Cultural Program
AZ Lisbon
Overview
A critical part of any Portuguese
immersion program relates to its cultural and activities program.
Besides learning Portuguese it is very important to have a chance
to practice the language, and discover Lisbon and Portugal.
Throughout the month the Portuguese
language school in Lisbon offers a variety of interesting cultural
activities and trips. A list of upcoming events and activities are
posted in the student area of the Portuguese language school.
The monthly program of cultural
activities and events are open and available to all students at
the language school studying Portuguese. Most of the activities
offered by the Portuguese language school are included in the cost
of the program.
Some of the activities include
the following:
- Live music concerts
- Visits to local cafes and bars
- Trips to local monuments
- Visits to historical sites of interests
- Tours around Lisbon
- And More!
Additionally the Portuguese language school will
arrange or help to arrange full day and weekend trips to areas in
Portugal outside of Lisbon. These trips do have a small fee associated
with them. In most cases a guide from the school will be provided.
This allows you to discover Portugal while at the same time still
having a great opportunity to practice Portuguese.
