Alameda Spanish Academy is a well run small school located in Antigua, about 5 minutes away (walking) from the city center. It is located in a nice colonial building complete with relaxing inner courtyard. Though a relatively new school, Alameda Spanish Academy is quickly gaining a reputation as one of the best schools in Guatemala. Alameda Spanish Academy is also endorsed by both the Ministerio de Educación de Guatemala and the Instituto Guatemalteco de Turismo.

Alameda Spanish Academy offers as a standard option individual instruction for 4 or 6 hours per day. In addition to classes, the school offers a nice variety of interesting cultural activities and assists students in making other travel excursions for weekend getaways. As with our other school in Antigua, Alameda Spanish Academy offers quality, personalized Spanish language instruction. Overall, we have found the facilities and teachers to be some of the best in Guatemala.
