IH: Accommodations Homestay
Accommodation in a residence: you can choose to stay in a residential hotel. This type of accommodation offers all the facilities of a classic hotel but rooms are equipped with kitchenettes. These residences are classified as 2 star. Studio Apartment
Sheets and towels are usually provided. A deposit is required by International House on the day you arrive at the school. Hotel In Nice, hotel accommodation is an art form. Depending on your tastes and budget, we can offer you a choice of 2,3 or 4 star hotels close to the school.

All
courses for adults participants include the host family option.
Most of the host families live in quiet neighborhoods throughout
the city. Students can expect to be within 20-30 minutes of the
school (either by walking or by making use of a public bus). Depending
on the size of a host family accommodations you may find anywhere
from 1-3 students living with a host family. 
Residence
For
those who prefer to be totally independent, you can get a studio
apartment that is fully furnished.
