Spanish School in Tamarindo
Air
Liberia: Major international flights are now available
into Liberia, Costa Rica, which is only one hour from Tamarindo.
The Spanish school in Tamarindo, Costa Rica provides an airport
pickup service for all students upon request from Liberia at an
additional cost.
San Jose: SANSA has around 10
daily flights from San Jose to Tamarindo. The first flight is around
5:00AM and the last flight is at 2:30PM. From December to April
the last flight is extended to around 4:00PM. The cost of the flight
is approximately $85 one way and is subject to change.
Shuttle
Shuttle services are available from many major
towns within Costa Rica to Tamarindo, including the Capital city
of San Jose. This service can be arranged ahead of time and costs
anywhere from $30-$50 one way depending on the location of origin.
Interbus provides the shuttle service and can be arranged by an
A2Z Languages representative upon request.
Bus
The ALFARO bus company offers daily service to
Playa Tamarindo at around 11:30am and 3:30 p.m. for approximately
US$ 7.00, from the ALFARO bus station, at Barrio Coca Cola, calle
14, between avenida 3 - 5. The bus schedule and pricing is subject
to change.
