Marta Madrigal
is one of the senior teachers. She joined ILISA almost 9 years ago
and has a degree in Spanish Literature and Linguistics. In her spare
time, she studies English and loves to 'salsa' and 'merengue' with
her husband.
Adolfo
Alcázar is proud of his Spanish heritage, which is
evident at first glance. He enjoys teaching Spanish and is equally
passionate about teaching history and culture. He also describes
himself as a "lover of the design and art reflected in nature's
opulence." In his free time, Adolfo enjoys cycling, working
out, reading and camping.
Ismene
Jaen Rojas has been teaching at ILISA during the past three
years. Ismene's educational background is in Eduction and Art History.
She likes working at ILISA because it gives her the opportunity
to exchange different cultures, make new friends, and experience
personal growth in many forms.
Laura
Espinoza is proud of her roots in Guanacaste, a province
in northwest Costa Rica. She loves reading, and surfing the internet.
In her clases, she enjoys discussing Costa Rican culture, traditions
and history.
Ana
Lorena Fernández Monge began working at ILISA in 1997.
Her university degrees are in Spanish and International Relations.
She is always very interested in talking about the latest political,
economic and social developments in Costa Rica and other countries.
