Population: 11,000
Location: Central Pacific Coastal Area of Costa Rica
The Spanish school is located
right next to one of the most beautiful areas of Costa Rica, Manuel
Antonio. This location is only 15 minutes away by plane, or 3-4
hours by bus from San Jose. If there ever was a tropical paradise,
Manuel Antonio would be it. Its sandy white beaches and high cliffs
are situated in a vibrant rain forest full of extraordinary flora
and fauna surrounded by an endless blue sea. Manuel Antonio is
home to over 100 species of mammals and 184 species of exotic
birds. Marine life is abundant in the park and the surrounding
12 islands.
Manuel Antonio is located 5
miles from Quepos, a sleepy fishing town. Despite the towns small
size, you will find numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. During
your time studying at the Spanish school in Manuel Antonio you
will have the chance to enjoy a variety of activities. Some examples
of these activities are horseback riding, sport fishing, sampling
the local cuisine, nights out at the discos, river rafting, kayaking,
surfing, snorkeling, or just sitting on quiet beaches enjoying
spectacular sunsets.
Without a doubt, the Spanish school in
Manuel Antonio is one of the best places to learn Spanish and
experience Costa Rica at the same time!
